Service Description

This will include blood work, review of results, and creating a treatment plan based on the results. I order blood work through Rupa, the kit comes to your house, you book a mobile phlebotomist, the phlebotomist collects samples and mails back for you, and then results are shared once processed. The blood test covers things like fasting glucose, fasting insulin, A1C, vitamin D, etc. The $300 does not cover the mobile phlebotomist fee (usually about $55). The results and treatment plan will be given over Zoom.
